After you have logged in to MijnCN, you can change your password via the ‘Account’ menu. Here you enter both your current and your new password. If you are unable to log in with your login details this can be due to a number of reasons.
- You are not using the correct username. Please check whether you are using the correct details. Be aware of uppercase and lowercase letters.
- You are not using the correct password. Please check whether you are using the correct details. Be aware of uppercase and lowercase letters.
- You have not activated your MijnCN account. First activate your account with the activation link which you received by e-mail. You no longer have this e-mail or the activation link has expired? Then please request it again by clicking on ‘Activation link expired’ on the login screen.
- Your account is blocked. Please contact our helpdesk.
- You do not have 2-Factor Authentication codes. Read more about 2-Factor Authentication.
